Who We Are

Cleaver & Co Quality Meats is a family-owned butcher with shops in Gwynneville and Port Kembla, NSW. We're not your average butcher — we source our meat with intention, partnering directly with farmers we trust and know by name. Every cut tells a story of where it came from, how it was raised, and who raised it.

At Rosewood Farm in Kangaroo Valley, we practise what we preach — raising cattle regeneratively, with care for the land and the animals. The Kangaroo Valley Dairy Beef programme is something we're deeply proud of: it's provenance you can taste.
